Cannot Install TpageRankControl in delphi

Hello experts.
Please help me.

I'll found TpagerankControl component for delphi.
And i cannot install it.
Here is it :

Please review it.
When i try to install it compiler gives an error :
[DCC Error] pagerank_d7.dpk(35): F2063 Could not compile used unit 'pagerank.pas'

I tryied to find file pagerank.pas.. but nothing happens.
Please help. Im using Delphi 2007

The compiled  pagerank.dcu is there.
Although the author states that:

"Delphi 5,6,7,2005(Win32),2006(Win32) components for revealing Google PageRank value"

and Delphi 2006 is compatible with Delphi 2007, Delphi 2007 might have been deliberately excluded.

Try with an older Delphi release then.

i tried it on delphi 7, and the same problem appears.
