dropped calls in voip

Hi, I have a call center calling through voip and thus have quite a large number of calls going outbound.

Of which there are instances where the call gets cut off/dropped off while talking.

I'd like to know how to spot these from the wireshark captures and work out the reason behind this. What would wireshark show in the voip calls?
