Online Purchase of microsoft and Hp products

Hi
     i have some requirements of Microsoft Products like windows server 2008 and sql server 2008  and HP servers and server Hard Disks , for the same i have some queries kindly advice

1) if i buy microsoft products from US and use in UAE will it termed as illigal ?
2) is there any difference between the microsoft products of US and UAE , In terms of features and support ?
3) will i get the international support for HP Hard ware ?
4) can i buy microsoft and HP Hard ware online directly without any channels ?

1. They will be perfectly legal anywhere in the world as long as you don't use them in US restricted countries such as Iran
2. Features are the same. Support might be different if you require support in your local language. English speaking support is run from US although you won’t know that because you ring your local tel No. and they do all the call routing.
3. You need to check that with HP or your hardware vendor first. If HP is present in UAE then I would imagine they will have their support and distribution network there.
4. Yes you can, most online retailers sell HP hardware and MS software (try insight.com)

in my query number 4 i mean can i buy directly from HP and Microsoft ? instead of going through relatiors etc ?

sql server - you will need to buy it from one of MS's authorised partners such as insight and others- you cannot buy it from MS directly

you can buy it online but i would suggest you to call them and order everything you need over the phone. ask for any special offer they might have
