computer freez

hi
i have computers that when they click on "my computer" to enter there network drive they get white screen and the explorer.exe is not responding

the only way to release the computer is to disable the NIC

need a solution!!!

Seems that your system is infected
Scan your computer with Anti Spyware and Anti-Virus

Yes, it's most likely a virus.

I recommend the following tools:
Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
SUPERAntiSpyware
avast! / AVG

hi

i found the problem after 6 frustrating hours....

it was a network drive that is mapped to a  "2T WD WORLD EDITION II" NAS

once i disconnected it ,everything returned to normal!
