Cisco 7941 Stuck on Upgrading Screen

I did try to update my firmware on Cisco 7941, I have upgraded the phone succesfully to 8.3.1 firmware, but this firmware didn't register to my IINET Voip router.
Thats why I tried to downgrade to the 8.0.3 firmware, because I read that this is working fine.
The firmware was loaded well from the tftp-server, but now I have the problem of the upgrading screen.
I tried already to restart the phone by pressing # and 1234567890*#, also tried for factory reset but this results in the same screen after starting up.
I see the phone is getting an IP-adress, but is not getting any files from the tftp-server again
I really need to get this fixed..Does anyone have any ideas?

Ok the best way to resolve this issue is to register the phone with CUCM manager not cme. That will fix the problem i had 20 phones like this and the only to fix them was CUCM

Hi greekstones,

Thanks for your reply, We don't have CUCM manager but we have Cisco Unified Communication Express (Cisco Unity Express Version 3.0) on UC520

Can we do on This ?

I tryed in the past and is not successful

You call always run the CUCM on a vmware and from there you can upgrade.  Maybe there is a way but i tryed everything out there and only CUCM fixed it.

regards.
