Why can I see other users mailaccounts in Outlook 2010?
Hi!
I'm the administrator of our companies exchange enviroment however I don't know if this is why outlook is so strange.
In my outlook 2010 I can see three other users (two normal and one test account) in my account as they where my own accounts. I have now idea why it is like this or how I can remove them. Anybody know?
This is the mailview and it looks the same in contacts and calender.
I have nothing in Accounts settings except my own user. What have I done?

Go to the user's properties and check the Security and see what rights u have on the 3 accounts that are diffrent from other users
if the above does not give u any info try the below
take a LDP dump of the 3 accounts and aldo take a LDP dump of other account where u have full access but which is not showing up in the mailbox
check to see any diffrences in them

I actually now got rid of them. I removed my self as Full access permission and then they disappeared.
So strange that not all accounts is showing up. If I take an account that has my name, remove it and add it, it now comes up as well. The only difference I can see it is that I do this via the GUI and I have added the the rest from powershell.
I have done it through powershell now and it works to. Strange. but solved I guess

Ya thats one of the reasons i asked u to take a LDP dump of the user
When u do using EMC all the settings are not changed
but when u do using shell all the changes are made all the settings are changed properly

and back to the question. preeven, the must be another reason. I have not loaded any pst and it also happens if I set up a my profile on another computer too. on the full access thingy, I have this on all accounts so then I guess they all should show up.
any more ideas? or thoughts how I can remove them.
