interpolation

i have the values

for 470  -->1
for 440 -->3
i want to find value for 450

using Excel =FORECAST(450,B16:B17,A16:A17) it gives me 2.33 but the manual gives 1.8

what did i do wrong ?

How do you get 1.8? Assuming a straight line then as 450 is twice as far from 470 as 440 then shouldn't the result be twice as far from 1 as 3, i.e. 2.33?
