what to back up on local harddrive, runnning Outlook 2007 and Exchange on XP Pro box on a network

XP Pro on network with a SBS Server 2008 and Outlook 2007 using Exchange .ost file, we let Auto Archive run and I think that stores some of the email on the desktop computer while the rest of the email is stored on the server?  This computer did a blue screen earlier today and I want to back up stuff and want to be sure I don't miss something like, emails stored locally.  I think the more current emails are on the server, right? Where do I look on the desktop box to find the archived emails?  Also, is there anything else to consider for back up? I am going have the person drag n drop all the files they want to save onto the back up drive, mostly just wondering about how to find and save the archived emails and wondering if there is anything else I should think to back up?  I am assuming this box will die soon, so kind of rushing to backup.
