I have a group I want to put running totals in, it does not seem to show the correct totals for certain items. I need to show how many times a certain fields was entered by an age group. How many times a weight was obtained, and other items documented. The running totals work fine in the detail area, when I try to put them in theg group it does not reflect the right numbers. The screen shots show: The top is what I want to show by age group. The overall numbers are correct for running totals. The bottom shows an example with the running totals detail. I am using Crystal 11

Running totals are calculated as the report is built and records are printed.  They will reflect the correct value in the group footer.

Can you use a summary field?

That put me on the right path, I had the running totals in the report footer, not group footer. Affter some tweaking I was able to get it working. Thanks
