Client can send emails but can not recieve with exchange server 2007

We are not able to receive external emails, however we can send them.  We also can send/receive within the office...just external emails are not coming in...I am at a loss as to what the issue might be...I am getting an exchange-transport error...I have attached a screen shot of the error... Exchange Transport Issue

Test :
Go to "https://www.dnsexit.com/Direct.sv?cmd=testMailServer". This is SMTP mail relay test website. Fillup the below informaiton in given fields:
-From Email Address: enter email address of user's whose mails are not reaching you.
-To Email Address: enter email adderss of your internal user
- Email Server Name: Enter IP adderss of your internet facing SMTP server
- SMTP Port: 25
- Subject: Anything
- Message: Anything

If your internal user able to receive mail, this indicates problem is at sender's SMTP server side. If mail is not received and Mail Relay Tesging Tools gives any error message, please attache the screenshot

The issue was that the C drive was running low on disk space...once I resolved that, the issue resolved itself...
