Help setting up Red Hat (5.6) to simultaneously run 2 versions of PHP

I urgently need assistance setting up a LINUX box running Red Hat Enterprise 5.6 so that it can run PHP version 5.3.5 and 5.2.14 simultaneously. I was able to find a few pointers through my searches and in particular that it could be done by running a second instance of PHP as a CGI. I have upgraded the machine to PHP 5.3.5 now I need help set up the machine to run 5.2.14. I have installed FastCGI on the machine but am now stuck. Any help or pointers will be greatly appreciated,

Thank you in advance.
