I've a client who purchased a Canon A3 printer/copier which has had one problem after another.
Always seems to affect only one of the two PCs using it, both using Vista Business. The latest problem after removing and reinstalling the printer is it won't print in colour. No option under Prefereces, Quality.
My first reaction would be to download the latest drivers from Canon's site - the one which runs by a setup program. But if anyone can let me know a quicker way please let me know.

You can try to download and run Drivermax 5.7 to export the printer driver from the working vista pc.
Thanks Jackie, I won't have access to the PCs for a couple of hours, but I'll certainly try it then.
Even if I don't use it this time, it will get plenty of future use.

Sure.
Remember to remove the current driver in the mal-functional vista pc to import / restore the printer driver.

Hi, I can't get access to the working PC, so need to find why there is no colour option on the Canon.

For color printing, it is normally required to set the authentication info in the driver config.
