Hi,

Is it possible to make a text field clear out every week for every contact record in salesforce? If so, how?

You'd prob. need a scheduled APEX job to do that.  Put your resetting logic in an APEX class that implements the Schedulable interface, then you can schedule it under Develop > Apex Classes > Schedule Apex (button).  Details can be found here:
