Move Crystal Enterprise to new server - best steps

What are the best steps in moving a crystal reports server and all databases from a W2k3 32 bit server to a W2k8 64 bit server?

Database uses SQL currently.

Would like to leave current server up and running while moving/importing/exporting everything to new database and test before shutting down old server.

What version of CE?

As far as I know, none of the versions support 64-bit so you will need to install it as a 32-bit application.  I know there are some versions that don't support Win 2008 and may not be able to be installed.

XI  - installing in 32 bit mode is fine.  Perhaps moving to a new crystal scheduler would be better?  Any lower cost ones out there that are good to send attachments via email?  That's mainly what we do.  And we have many reports that are the same but have different parameters --- i.e. a daily order report per customer.

We have way too many reports to try and change software now.  So, after looking around, I'm thinking of following the step by step on this page, any thoughts:  http://dev-notes.com/code.php?q=71
