I have a user who has a archive that is password protected so when he opens outlook it asks for his password. Everything was working fine for a while and than all of a sudden, Outlook would hang on startup as soon as the password box pops up. This does not happen anywhere else but on his computer. I have split the archive to make it smaller but it does not matter. When he tries to open Outlook, it hangs on the password box and wont allow him to do anything in Outlook unless he forces outlook closed. I tried a scnpst and scnost. Neither worked. i have removed his password and this fixed it. BUT, he wants the pw protection...I am currently running an Office repair. Any ideas?
