Lync Server & ASA 5520 SIP via messages? -wrong reply

I am not sure exactly how to word this question so please bear with me if i dont provide all proper relevant info up front:

I am working with a SIP provider and we need to be certified on there "new system" all works fine on there legacy system..
Here is the issue:
What they are saying is they are sending 2 via messages :
Via: SIP/2.0/TCP 208.49.x.x:5060;branch=z9hG4bK670287815;cidh=1853888177;hmp1=NONE;hmp2=NONE
Via: SIP/2.0/UDP 10.142.x.x:5060;branch=z9hG4bK02B85b86dcbeedb2fbc;received=10.x.x.x.1;rv=10.x.x.x-5060

I am sending back:
VIA: SIP/2.0/TCP 208.49.x.x:5060;branch=z9hG4bK670287815;cidh=1853888177;hmp1=NONE;hmp2=NONE,SIP/2.0/UDP 63.x.x.x:34183;received=10.x.x.x;branch=z9hG4bK02B85b86dcbeedb2fbc;rv=10.x.x.x-5060

notice the 1st ip of the 2nd line does not match the invite its actually our external dynamic IP address ..and a random port

I feel like i am missing something on the firewall...

Thanks for any help..
Dave

If you look at the ASA code, there is a class-inspection-policy-map.   In this map, I think you are missing the policy to inspect SIP.

If you post your sanitized ASA code, I can look for you.
