How to change interface of Office 2010 Home and Business from Traditional Chinese to English?

How to change interface of Office 2010 Home and Business from Traditional Chinese to English?
Do i must to purchase the language pack or re-install the office again?
Because there are lots of outlook accounts in my Boss notebook, i trying to find a solution to make
the interface to English easily and free of charge if possible.

Environment:
Windows 7 Ultimate, Office 2010 Home and Business OEM

You should be able to buy and install the language pack.

Is your boss' computer based on English? If so, it should be possible to view Outlook directly as Chinese systems are enabled for English. Basically, it should not be necessary to switch to English.

But if you want to, you can try to change the setting in the Region/Language settings in the Control Panel. That will change the interface to English, but this will probably not lead a fulle change of the system locale.
If the changeover is not sufficient, then you may have to install the English version first.
