you want to create a website or a virtual directory ?

a  new website will require a new IP address on the server or a different port

I have a configured a site with another port and it is working now.

But it will stop working when I redirect the OWA..
i.e. when you open website it is opening owa.

if you create another site on a different port owa shouldn't affect it at all... how are you reaching it by http://servername:portnumber?

Now I am opening site by http://domain.com and owa by http://mail.domain.com/owa

But when I redirect OWA website will not open, instead it will open owa.

yes that is sure but if you create a new website with a different port you should reach it by http://mail.domain.com:differentport

I want both to be working like this. It is possible

OWA : mail.domain.com
website: www.domain.com

I can change the port of the default website i.e. OWA

if you change the port you CANNOT open it anymore using http://mail.domain.com you will need to use http://mail.domain.com:port

the best thing you can do is have 2 different IP addresses

There is a problem if I do make changes in binding these.

MMC and MMS will not work if you change the binding of default website

I changed the site to another server
