I have created a SSIS Packages, under c:\mytest\elt\ssis.dtsx.

It works fine under SQL 2008 environment. Just wonder how to schedule it under Window 2008 to run it daily ? And how to setup the variables in the package before execution ?

Thanks

Easyest way is to schedule from SQL Agent.
Create a new job and a new step. There will be an option for SSIS package.
There you can point out a package from the file system and also configure various settings (connectionStrings for example) for the package.

The most common problem with scheduling from SQL Agent is that some oleDb drivers (mainly office related) are not working from x64 and need to be scheduled with the x86 version of dtexec.
