One of my clients uses an online backup system
Every night after the backup has finished a backup report is emailed to the CEO of the company
I also receive a copy of this email (this is sent to my Gmail account)
Every day I receive this email in my Gmail account but the CEO never receives this email
This backup report contains a zip file with the full report contained in a .htm file
Is seems that exchange does not like this zip file and stops the mail getting to the CEO
I have added the email address that sends the report to the safe senders list in outlook 2007 but the CEO still does not receive this mail
Is there some way I can configure exchange on the server side to allow this mail through
Or is there a setting I need to configure in outlook on the CEO’s workstation
