I have 3 servers in a farm running XenApp 6.

We use published desktops to all our users.

Photo Editor is selected as the default program for .jpg which I want to permanently change to Windows Photo Viewer.

How do I do this so that all session have that change?

Thanks,
Richard

Change the File Type Associations (FTA) on the three servers.
Verify in registry the associations have been changed.
In Delivery Services Console, right-click the farm and select update associations.
Wait a good while for it to read the registry from all three servers.
Modify the published app properties and select the check box to show all file types associated with the app.

You may need to create a new published app as the associations don't always refresh for an exisitng published app.

Sometime you have to restart the app servers before the associations are refreshed.

FTA is held in the registry of each server, NOT in the data store.
