Is there a way to run a report in Exchange 2007 to see how many emails have been sent external and internal. Plus how many emails was recivied iexernal and internal

if you don't want to purchase some software to get the report, you can read these documents(Using the Message Tracking Logs and Log Parser) to do this for free and pretty cool results as well
