Needing assistance with eBay API in C#

I am attempting to build a C# application for large scale listing management, but the documentation for the API seems a bit out of date and sparse. Would anyone know of a well documented tutorial for the API in C#, or a decent third party eBay API library with decent documentation? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
