I would create a new folder in Outlook and then import all the .msg files to that folder.  You should be able to do this using the Outlook import function.  Then you can search the folder for what you need.

Hi, miamiLAW.

Yes, you can import them all into Outlook.  To do that open Windows Explorer, select all the .msg files, then drag and drop them into an Outlook folder.

Outlook's import feature doesn't import .msg files.  It is designed to a import one file that contains multiple items, not individual files.

You can use drag and drop to import more than one file at a time.  Use CTRL+A to select all the files, then drag and drop them into Outlook.  That should import all selected files in one move.
