Grouping/Page Breaks not working properly

We defined the following formula (@Grouping_OptionalRoom)
'***************************************
' Group By Room, Or Duplicate Previous Group
'***************************************
If {?RoomSort} = "Yes" Then
    Formula = {tblBarCodeLabelsPrinted.Room}
Else
    Formula = {tblBarCodeLabelsPrinted.Grade}
End If

Open in new window

We created a group based off of said formula and created a page break on the footer of this grouping based off of the following formula
If {?RoomSort} = "Yes" Then
    Formula = True
Else
    Formula = False
End If

Open in new window

We are finding that the report is grouping by Room but not "page breaking" by room.

Any ideas/help would be greatly appreciated.  We've tried everything we can think of but the page breaks just wont hit.

Thanks

I take it by page break you mean you are addinga conditional formula for new page after the groupfooter section ?

Yuu should be able to go to the section expert for the (@Grouping_OptionalRoom} group footer, select the x->2 button to teh right of new page after and enetr your formula their or leave teh formual as crystal syntax and just use  {?RoomSort} = "Yes"

If this doesn't work then supply more details of the layout and groups in your report
