Need to install fresh XenApp server over dead Citrix Presentation Server

I had a single Citrix server (presentation Server 4.5) that went belly up.  I have decided that since it is a single server in the "farm" and there are not that many apps or users .. that I would be best to update it to the XenApp platform.  I removed the PR4.5 and then installed Xenapp ... however it seems there may be some preconfigured farm info still hanging around.  How can I basically rest this box (without OS rebuild) and start with a clean install of Xenapp server?

The host OS is windows server 2003.

The ONLY way any info from the other farm would be showing up is if you connected the new server to the old farm data store.  Just run chfarm from the command prompt and select create new farm.  Make it a local access data base and you will be good to go.
