I have a user who is leaving the company and wants to put certain emails into a folder which can be passed to one of his colleagues.
The problem is a lot of these emails have been archived by our EAS system. He can put these archived emails into a folder but all you can see is the headers of these emails.
Does anybody know another way of doing this or a way of doing this correctly if there is a way?
We use Outlook 2003 on Exchange Server 2007.
