How can I create an exception to Microsoft Intelligent Message Filtering?

Our bank is trying to send us statements and those emails are being deleted by Intelligent Message Filtering.  I don't want to change settings for everyone, I just want to let these emails through.  Is that possible?  Other emails from this sender come through just fine - it is only the one with the statements.  The size does not exceed the limit.

You can add the bank's mail server's IP address to the Global Accept list (ESM/Global Settings/Message Delivery/Properties/Connection Filtering/Accept).  But if they have many IPs then it might be tough to record them all.

Still trying to get that information so I can enter it!
It is in the email's header (View|Options) in Outlook:

I looked at that.  The information there matched nothing in the regular header so I was just trying to verify I was using the right information.  So, since the client hasn't responded, I will just type in what I found and see what happens:)
