Public Folder Issue

After performing a clean install from Office 2003 to Office 2010, my auto reply for a public folder has been broken.  Anyone have any ideas?

How is the auto reply setup . Is it a rule in outlook

That's the issue actually.  There is no rule within Outlook and our Systems Admin has confirmed there is no system-wide auto response being generated.

check the public folder management console. I think its mail enabled and may rules have been set up on exhange server.
