How do I contact Firefox Support when my already established username and password are not being recognized?

I asked this same question in Yahoo Answers but have yet to
receive a response so I thought I had a better chance of getting
an answer here.
I have had a username and password for many years now with Mozilla Support. One day I went to ask a question of them and their Sign In page wouldn't recognize mine. I tried to Resend the info and it was supposed to send a confirmation to my email. It did not.
I tried to retype my username and password and Resend the info. It says somebody already has that username and password! Yes, me!
I tried to create a new username and password. It then asks me to provide an email address. I use mine. It then says that somebody already has that email address! Yes, me!
I see no way to get in touch with somebody to ask them to correct this situation.
Can anyone help?
