How do I contact Firefox Support when my already established username and password are not being recognized?

I asked this same question in Yahoo Answers but have yet to
receive a response so I thought I had a better chance of getting
an answer here.

I have had a username and password for many years now with Mozilla Support. One day I went to ask a question of them and their Sign In page wouldn't recognize mine. I tried to Resend the info and it was supposed to send a confirmation to my email. It did not.

I tried to retype my username and password and Resend the info. It says somebody already has that username and password! Yes, me!

I tried to create a new username and password. It then asks me to provide an email address. I use mine. It then says that somebody already has that email address! Yes, me!

I see no way to get in touch with somebody to ask them to correct this situation.

Can anyone help?

Thanks.

It's easy enough to just create a new account with a free hotmail.com or mail.com email account.

OK, thanks, I'll try that.

I did create a new hotmail account and I will probably create a mail.com account as well someday.

However, someone else suggested I go to Live Chat for the Firefox Support I needed.  After finally getting to chat with someone at Support, they reset my password and gave me a new one which caused my username to function once again.

So I didn't have to use the newly created email account.

The comment was incomplete as there turned out to be another solution involving chatting with Support which ultimately solved my problem.

Once more, I cannot clearly see how to award points as engineering has not yet solved the point and comment award page problem.  Until this problem is solved, awarding points to the proper comments is a hit and miss proposition.

Please advise.
