Catalog older media and duplicate tapes

Hello,

I have two questions:

1.  I have a weekly and monthly backup of a server that died a month or so ago and I want to duplicate the tapes to have two sets.  How do I go about doing this?

2.  When the server comes back online and I get the tapes out of storage, how to I re-catalog them to do the data restore?

I am currently using Symantec Backup Exec 12 for Windows Servers.

Thank you,

Kyle
