We just recently began upgrading users to Microsoft Office 2007. Everything went fine for a while, but in the past few days we are getting calls from users who are having issues with their To-Do Bar. In the To-Do Bar where it shows Tasks, it will just say "Loading..." and will never load any tasks. For some users, going to Run and typing "Outlook.exe /resettodobar" fixes the issue. Others who run it don't see any change. Another user has to run the "Outlook.exe /resettodobar" every day when she logs on to her computer. For the user where running that switch does nothing, I've also tried renaming her Outlook.xml file so it would create a new one, with no luck. Re-installing Microsoft Office does not seem to fix the issue.
Any ideas on how to fix this or what the issue could be?
