Our problem is when scheduling a meeting in a resource room our Outlook 2010 clients are no longer immediately notified that the resource is not available. Outlook sends a request and then we get an email back saying the meeting request is denied.
When doing the same function in Outlook 2003 the request never goes out. It immediate gives a pop-up window that says the room is already booked.
How do we make Outlook 2010 give us the notice immediately instead of sending the request first?
