I am trying to get MOH working through the line-in port on a trixbox 2.8 server.  I have followed many many instructions posted online and none of them seem to work for trixbox 2.8.  Has anyone accomplished this successfully?

We did it on 2.6 but I have not tried it on 2.8. I have one in our lab that we currently use for testing. I'll try to set it up there. Which guides did you try?

Mainly from this site:
http://fonality.com/trixbox/forums/trixbox-forums/help/music-hold-line-sound-card

There was a nice tutorial on the setup.  I read that 2.8 had some issues with rendering mp3 files so i wasn't sure if that had anything to do with it or not.

Yep that is the same guide I was looking at. I'll have some free time this evening. Let me see what I can do with it.

Just wanted to update this. I have not forgotten it but none of the three servers in our lab had audio inputs. I have now found a system that does have audio on board and I will be loading Trixbox 2.8 this afternoon. Hopefully I can have an update tonight.
