Exchange 2007 and BackupExec 12.5

My exchange 2007 backup keeps failing. It poiinted to a corrupted log file and after removing it still fails with the follwoing error.

Final error: 0xe000032d - The consistency check of the snapshot for the Microsoft Exchange transaction log has failed.
 You should check for possible data corruption in the transaction log that is online.

Do you have GRT enabled?
If yes disable and try the backup again

I disabled GRT and it still failed.
(Job: "Exchange Backups-Windows Backup-Windows Full Backup") Exchange Backups-Windows Backup-Windows Full Backup -- The job failed with the following error: The consistency check of the snapshot for the Microsoft Exchange transaction log has failed.  You should check for possible data corruption in the transaction log that is online.

Any other ideas?

I am gettting a few.

Instance 1: One or more errors were detected while validating the transaction log files in '\\?\GLOBALROOT\Device\HarddiskVolumeShadowCopy199\First Storage Group\' with a base name of 'E00'. The operation failed with error code -528 (0xfffffdf0).

just for the record- I just got off the phone with Symantec and they want me to run this commands on the DB to check for consistency.

Ok so i talked to MSFT and they said there was data corruption on the logs. I had to create a new set of log files.
