Outlook - Contacting the server for informattion
When users open a specific e-mail within Outlook 2007, Outlook 2010, and/or Outlook Web Access (Exchange 2007), the result is a brief hang where the application displays the following message (along with a progress bar):
"Contacting the server for information"
Eventually, the e-mail opens, however, when scrolling down the message described above will appear again. The e-mail uses a substantial amount of HTML.
This problem does not occur in Microsoft Entourage running on Mac OSX Snow Leopard.
I would like to know if there is a setting that is causing this problem. Turning off HTML within the e-mail application is not an option in this situation.
Please advise. Thanks.
