When users open a specific e-mail within Outlook 2007, Outlook 2010, and/or Outlook Web Access (Exchange 2007), the result is a brief hang where the application displays the following message (along with a progress bar):<br />

Eventually, the e-mail opens, however, when scrolling down the message described above will appear again. &nbsp;The e-mail uses a substantial amount of HTML. &nbsp;<br />

This problem does not occur in Microsoft Entourage running on Mac OSX Snow Leopard. &nbsp;<br />
<br />
I would like to know if there is a setting that is causing this problem. &nbsp;Turning off HTML within the e-mail application is not an option in this situation.<br />

Eventually, the e-mail opens, however, when scrolling down the message described above will appear again.  The e-mail uses a substantial amount of HTML.  

This problem does not occur in Microsoft Entourage running on Mac OSX Snow Leopard.  

I would like to know if there is a setting that is causing this problem.  Turning off HTML within the e-mail application is not an option in this situation.

Microsoft Outlook is a personal information manager from Microsoft, available as a part of the Microsoft Office suite. Although often used mainly as an email application, it also includes a calendar, task manager, contact manager, note-taker, journal, and web browser.
