MSN email

My OS is windows 7 and I use Outlook 2007 for my email.  I also have Verizon FIOS internet and also a verizon.net email account.  Both msn and verizon email accounts are configured in my Outlook 2007.
Strangely, today my msn emails could not get thru to my Inbox.  Everytime I open my Outlook I get the same icon at the bottom right hand corner, which says
:Receiving message 1 of 1 (7.98 kb of 289 kb), and I can see the icon of it downloading .
But no emails are coming into my Inbox.
When I go to my MSN account thru the internet site, I can sometimes see the emails that came into my Inbox.
My antivirus is AVG and it is uptodate and McAfee AntiVirus Plus.
One of the icons that I also see is "Microsoft Outlook is syncrhronizing folders",
Hope an expert informs me what is going wrong and how to fix the problem. thank u.

The best practice is to install only one anti-virus software with real time scan engine. Try to remove either one of the anti-virus software and try again.

Besides, do you UAE an outlook connector to connect to msn email in outlook 2007? Try to re-install the outlook connector.
