Mail archiving in Exchange 2010

In Exchange 2003, I could right click the information store and archive the mail by sending all mail inbound or outbound thru that store to a users mailbox.

Is there a way to do this in Exchange 2010?  I have a new exchange 2010 box and I want to archive the entire information store by sending a copy of all inbound and outbound mail to another mailbox.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks

to archive a specific store:
exchange management console > org config > mailbox > database mgmt > select mail store | properties > maintenance > journal rcpt

to archive all mail stores:
exchange management console > org config > hub transport > journal rules > make a new journal rule

and that will put one copy of every email going and coming thru that store into the mailbox specified?

I'd also like to log into that mailbox via OWA to review the emails sent and received.

is that doable in your scenario?
