Reboot APP--
This is a simple iPhone /iPod touch application that uses Erica Sadun's doshell.app to execute the reboot shell command. It should have no dependencies, since the reboot binary is included in the application. Only tested on an iPhone but I am guessing it will work just fine on the iPod Touch!

You can also go trough this forum if you need some more tool to reboot the iPhone ..

You can also download the SBSettings utility through Cydia which has a restart function I believe. And other useful tools as well...

I'm afraid so... Cydia is the only place I've found any kind of useful or advanced utilities of that nature...

Sorry to say... But getting Cydia onto your iPhone should not be so difficult, and if you search google, you will find many resources to help you do it...

Good luck...

I would use this one...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g7zMLbdeHt8

You can get Blackra1n from
www.blackra1n.com... once you down load the blackra1n installer connect your i.phone to the PC and run the installer... as shown in the video.

Then you can tap the Blackra1n icon on your iPhone and you will be able to download Cydia.

Good luck.
