Please visit the following url & note how once the SWF object at the bottom of the page loads, the two 'Read more' buttons aren't accessible.

What CSS should I change to make the 'Read more' buttons accessible whilst maintaining the position of the SWF object?

Remove line 466 in position.css where it goes:
top: -50px;

Open in new window

discard my first comment. Sorry about that. Do the following to obtain accessible buttons:

In layout.css after line 40 add:
position:relative;
z-index: 5;

In position.css after line 466 add:
z-index:0;
