outlook reply status "Not read" after move e-mail to personal folder

dear all
could you please help me to investigate is problem?
The problem is when some user move unread e-mail to personl folder then it replay "Not read" status to sender.

ps.this problem concern with sender missunderstand. Why reciver not read e-mail?

This is because they have been removed from the Exchange mailbox prior to them being read.  Once you move it out of the mailbox exchange loses the ability to track it.

You cannot, there is no way around this, you need to leave it in the exchange mailbox,
