Browser / client proxy changer/manager software utility recommendation

Hi,

Does anyone know a good utility for managing proxy servers on a desktop PC? I regularly need to change my proxy server within Internet Explorer on a regular basis (including exceptions) and am looking for a utility to manage this.

Does anyone know of one?
