Moving from BCM

Hey Guys,

I have a client running BCM, it's terrible, but it's essentially free so they're loathed to move away from it to something like Salesforce / Dynamics as it's going to cost too much.
Can anyone recommend a cost effective, decent CRM on par or better than BCM that we can deploy?
Thanks

Kinda depends on the actual needs... For some of the items that might help limit the possible solutions, see:

Have you looked at Sage ACT!? Usually cheaper than SF/Dynamics, but better than BCM
