Just extrapolating from the error message:

You have a RAID (5 I assume) consisting of 4 disks. By the looks of it, disk 1 has failed. Because it's a RAID (5?) it will keep on running but it's degraded (that's what you get as a message on the other disks). You will need to replace the failed disk ASAP, because if any other disk might fail, it's game over......
