Exchange 2007 IP Block List

I have an issue since yesterday where we are not receiving all emails. The senders are getting bounce backs & their ips are being added to my exchange server ip block list.

Yesterday I had to remove all ips so that we could receive these emails but the issue has occurred again this morning. I’m just wondering where the issue could be & why it’s happening all of a sudden.

Thanks

This is the overzealous SPAM filtering with Exchange 2007/SBS2008.

using the Exchange Management Console adjust the threshhold on the Sender Reputation option under Organistation Configuration > Hub transport > Anti-Spam

Thanks for that, i just altered the value by 1 & will see how it goes from here.

What i don’t get is that why this would happen since yesterday as i have never had any issues in the past.
