Hi,

I am newly created a Room Mailbox and i have set the Resource Capacity in that room mailbox to 8, that we define in Resource information tab.

Now while we book the meeting in that room mailbox, how i know the availability of that room mailbox that i set to 8

Outlook we are using 2003.

Any help really appreciate.
