Hi,<br />

I am newly created a Room Mailbox and i have set the Resource Capacity in that room mailbox to 8, that we define in Resource information tab.<br />
<br />
Now while we book the meeting in that room mailbox, how i know the availability of that room mailbox that i set to 8<br />
<br />
Outlook we are using 2003.<br />

Any help really appreciate.<br />
