Error ID 1003 The server restarted it self Why?

Hi everybodady!

Can somebody help me please it's my server domain. The server restarted and I have this error after in the event viewer:

The system recover after rebooting Error code 0000000a, parameter1 000000d5, parameter2 00000002,parameter3 00000001, parameter4 80a57123

Can somebody help me

Looks like your server crashed with a bluescreen.

in the directory %SystemRoot%\Minidump there should be dump files from the crash.
You can either read them and/or attach them and start reading them to find the cause.

Do you have any service pack installed?
Did you recently install any driver updates?

I don't have any service pack only the first one.
I did not install anything.

But I was looking a debugger and I used DUMP and in the dump Isaw SYMEVENT.SYS and it's symantec and I have symantec do you think that it is possible that it's symantec how cause the problem?
