Just acquired a new customer with a host of issues, yay!

Client is running Office 2003 and has an operational Exchange 2003 server

One user has an issue with Windows Search, it no longer searches her mail messages.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Windows Search, reinstalled w Outlook open. Checked Outlook Add-ins, no windows search related items show up here either

After reinstall of Windows Search, i observed the Index locations do not include Outlook, but Outlook Express, which they do not use.

How can I get Windows Search to resume searching her Outlook mailbox?

I would appreciate any help on this issue, thanks!

Thanks for the reply hello_everybody, unfortunately I had previously read that post and that didn't solve it...

Issue resolved by toggling offline cache mode in Outlook and re-indexing WDS

I googled it and found several other suggestions, offline cache mode was suggested and that resolved it
