Just acquired a new customer with a host of issues, yay!<br />

Client is running Office 2003 and has an operational Exchange 2003 server<br />
<br />
One user has an issue with Windows Search, it no longer searches her mail messages.<br />
<br />
I have uninstalled and reinstalled Windows Search, reinstalled w Outlook open. Checked Outlook Add-ins, no windows search related items show up here either<br />

After reinstall of Windows Search, i observed the Index locations do not include Outlook, but Outlook Express, which they do not use.<br />
<br />
How can I get Windows Search to resume searching her Outlook mailbox?<br />

Client is running Office 2003 and has an operational Exchange 2003 server

One user has an issue with Windows Search, it no longer searches her mail messages.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Windows Search, reinstalled w Outlook open. Checked Outlook Add-ins, no windows search related items show up here either

After reinstall of Windows Search, i observed the Index locations do not include Outlook, but Outlook Express, which they do not use.

How can I get Windows Search to resume searching her Outlook mailbox?

I would appreciate any help on this issue, thanks!

Windows Search 4.0 not indexing Outlook 2003
