Lync integration with Outlook 2010

Is there a way to start Lync when Outlook starts and close Lync when I close Outlook ?

The reason I'm asking this is because when Lync is started, we can get into Outlook without giving the credentials and for me, this is a problem.

Thanks

Not natively, as Lync can be setup to start with Windows but not linked to Outlook.  I supposed some third-party application launcher could be used to handle the starting portion, but probably not the shutdown portion.
