.DS_Store creation for network files in mac

we have 20 mac, we want to disable creation of .ds_store for network file system.
and for all users logging onto all machines. what's the best way to implement it and how can i delete already created .ds_store?

i want to do any change system wide , not user wife. is there not any entry which i can change and it will effect all users on the system

how can i apply globally .ds_store deletion and also ,how can i find out which files execute when a mac user logs into ?
